Seeking Ideas for Saturday HR Classes: Balancing Employee Growth and Personal Development

gayathri.rajan
Dear all respected members,

I have stepped into a NON-IT organization, working as a Project Coordinator and HR Administrator. My CEO wants me to implement HR initiatives, scheduling this task every Saturday between 3:00 - 5:30. What type of classes can I conduct on Saturdays that would benefit both the organization and its employees, while also allowing me to enhance my skills? I appreciate your suggestions.

On the 18th of April, I am planning to host a debate on "Positive Thinking vs. Possibility Thinking - Which is more important in our daily lives (both personal and professional)?" Additionally, I will be giving a PowerPoint presentation on the same topic. I look forward to hearing your valuable responses.

Expecting your valuable response.

Dear Ravi,

How are you? I hope you are doing well. I have forgotten my password, and that's the problem - I am unable to log in. I recently received a good opportunity. However, I also forgot the citehr password, but somehow I managed to retrieve it after a big struggle. Kindly, send me your email id.

Keep in touch!

Hi Gayathri,

The best example of a positive attitude is: "If you stand in Jammu and Kashmir and look towards the end, there will be nothing; that is the dead end. However, if you look the opposite way, towards the back, you can find a long path leading forward." I feel I have not expressed this clearly; I hope you can understand.
