I was working for a company which has its HO at mumbai, the PF office is at kandivalli. I had applied for PF withdrawal in Jan 2007 . I have received only the PF amount that also in Aug.2007 I have still not received the Employee pension fund . whenever I try to call the PF office in Mumbai no one picks up the phone or some one who does does not know anything onthis. This is really frustrating, I have send e-mails and reg. letters but no reply. WHY DO PEOPLE AT GOVT. OFFICES BEHAVE LIKE THIS.Please help someone so that i can get this anmount.

Dear Seny,
You have to submit 2 PF forms , and as far as pension fund is concerned I don't think so you can get it before retirement age , but better confirm with others HR members as well, also it takes minimum 3 months to recover all the amount as per the law.

Dear Seny,
the two forms you sent for withdrawl might have reached the PF Office, the only you might have got the Pension amount. As far as the Employee pension amount is concerned you have to confirm with your Employer the date of dispatch of
of the form and draft a letter with your EPF number ( if your company is having its own PF trust then your PF number and EPF number may vary please confirm).
make a copy to your Previous employer and cc to your file.address the letter to AC.PF mumbai - kandivalli
