Provident Fund Escalation

Dear All,
M facing problem to get my PF money back from a company. I am following the same from more than one year.
Can anyone of you suggest me that wht to do next except court.

it is not like that ,first you tell your problem clearly .whether company has trust or you pf is deposited with authority.

I had applied for provident fund last year in the month of March'08. And as per executive of the PF company that it has been processed in the month of Sep'08 that is m having on Mail as well. But I did not received any chq of the PF amount. I did complaint for the same and they again asked for the documents in the month of Feb'09. I again provided the whole documents ( PAN CARD, Cancel Chq, 6 month bank statement with request letter). But again they are saying to wait for 3 months. Y So????

you go and meet regional provident fund commissioner directly and tell your problem.
oterwise send a notice through advocate or can file a case in consumer forum.
i feel if you meet RPFC ,HE WILL SHORT OUT YOUR PROBLEM.
