Nice PPT. Conceptually pretty sound for the skilled target group. However, if you intend it for semi-skilled individuals, then you might consider a few points:

- Some examples would better explain the learning theories.
- Discussing learning styles and adult learning would also be more effective.
- A few exercises could reinforce the knowledge imparted.
