HR Presentation Skills

Hi,
I believe that the HR people should be more efficient in putting foreward ideas as they are the ones who would motivate the motivators (the marketing/sales people). If the organization is matured enough to understand that every department has its own importance and HR department should be given due consideration many key people can be motivated to stick to the company at crucial times.
