Introducing "Intro Family" in HR: Is This the Right Move for Welcoming New Employees?

Hi All,

I was planning to introduce an HR intervention called "Intro Family." Whenever any new employee joins our company, we will be sending a letter to his spouse/parents to inform them that not only the employee but also his family is a part of our company.

I would like to know whether my thinking is in the right direction?

I would like to know in which type of organization you are working. These types of initiatives will be more meaningful if they are specific to the industry or organization you are in.
