Help Setting Up A Payroll In Excel

good day
i am amazed at the high level of communication that takes place here.
In the time that i have been here, i picked up quite a few tips.
I need help setting up a payroll using excel.. i have fair bit of knowledge on excel and the design, but its the tax calcs and new periods that worry me.
