This time again I need help, and no better option than posting for assistance. I am looking for a format of a service agreement, specifically focusing on the terms and conditions (payment structure) that companies utilize when collaborating with recruitment agencies for international placements.

As far as I know, it will be difficult to post a service agreement. You should seek help from your legal department to draft an agreement that suits your requirements. For example, include details about the duration of the service, charges, indemnity clause, replacement clause, payment clause, scope of service, etc.
