I am working in an automobile firm with a strength of around 500 workmen. I am designing the performance management system for workmen and looking forward for some help on following points:
a) What sholud be the contents of promotion policy?
b) What should be the criteria for assessing their suitability for promotion?
c) What all factors should be taken into consideration apart from attendance for promotion of workmen?
My company is a growing organization hence I am looking for a system which is cost effective and user friendly (to workmen) in implementation.
