Starting a GIS and Image Processing Training Institute: What Steps Should I Take?

I wish to set up a technical training institute (more specifically in GIS and Image processing). What is the procedure for the same? I have a firm working in the same areas and wish to diversify to training as well. How does the certificate issued by me have its worth? Is there any specific registration required for training institutes?

If you would like to set up an institute solely for the purpose of educating students and certifying them with any diploma or graduation certification, then you need to register an institute. Otherwise, if you wish to provide training and certify them that "they received training from your firm," to my knowledge, you can do that by setting up a training division within your firm. The certificate gains its value with your training parameters.
