Need Help Drafting a Meal Voucher Policy for Our New Sodexo Coupons – Any Advice?

Can somebody please help me in creating a policy on meal voucher usage? I have been asked to draft a policy for all employees as we are introducing Sodexo coupons in our company effective from 1st April 2009. Please help.
