It's nice to be back in this forum after a while. Kasturi's ppt is simply superb. It is not that it has something new. That's the whole point about self-development - it is already there in the 'self'. All that you have to do is to bring it out. And that is what Kasturi has done.

A suggestion from my side: I am a graduate of the National Defence Academy, Kharakvasla, the 'Cradle of Leadership' of the Indian Armed Forces - graduated in Dec 1962. In every cadet's cabin, there is a framed copy of Rudyard Kipling's immortal poem 'IF'. As I went through Kasturi's ppt, the words of 'IF', particularly the last lines, came to my mind:

"If you can fill the unforgiving minute, with sixty seconds worth of distance run, Yours is the earth, and everything in it, and what is more, you'll be a man, my son" maybe, Kasturi could add this.

I quite appreciate your presentation on Self Development. However, it seems to be a straight lift from Shiv Khera's popular book "You Can Win". I think this is not ethical to post it on a public forum unless you have sought permission from Shiv Khera.
