There programs fell good only for the first 2 days and afterwards the enthusiasm dries out. I have attended programs like these and know the effect of such programs total waste of money. :x

That's right, the enthusiasm dies out after a few days ONLY if we allow it to. There is no seminar / coaching service in the world in which the trainer /coach can enter inside the participants head and remain there forever!
The only person to be able to do that is the participant / coachee himself!
