Effective Employee Appreciation and Attendance Recognition Strategies

Hey People,

I need some phrases for appreciating employees who have 100% attendance. I need to put that on the bulletin board as well. Please help me out.

Here are a few points regarding the employee:
1. Always at work and on time.
2. Great attendance record.
3. Makes it to work unless seriously ill.
4. Never misses work without prior and appropriate notification.
5. Arrives at work at least _ minutes early every day.
6. Has missed only one day due to sickness in the last 3 years.
7. Consistently arrives at work early.
