How to plan and conduct a TNA for any of the above HR roles ?
What are the main steps in conducting TNA and how to identify the development and training needs for HR assistant or administrator role?

According to me they have basic questions like:What are you responsibilities?What are the conditions in your work environment?What supervisory functions do you have?I need to conduct a TNA for a packaging executive and process executive.Please guide.

Hi,
While conducting TNA please go through the employee's appraisal and find out the training column and you will come to know his interest and willingness also.
You need to go each employee file and it is long exercise but useful.
