Seeking Guidance on Conducting Training Needs Analysis for HR Assistant Roles: Steps and Insights Needed

Could any of you please help me in conducting Training Needs Analysis for the role of HR Assistant/Administrator? How to plan and conduct a TNA for any of the above HR roles? What are the main steps in conducting TNA and how to identify the development and training needs for an HR Assistant or Administrator role?

I would really appreciate your kind help. Any hints, ideas, or web links would be grateful.

Hi,

Can you please send the steps to conduct training needs analysis for me too? And also send me a sample questionnaire for job analysis. According to me, they have basic questions like:

- What are your responsibilities?
- What are the conditions in your work environment?
- What supervisory functions do you have?

I need to conduct a TNA for a packaging executive and process executive. Please guide.

While conducting the Training Needs Analysis (TNA), please review the employee's appraisal to identify the training column. This will help you understand their interests and willingness to participate in training.

Going through each employee's file may be a time-consuming exercise, but it is valuable.
