Applicability Of Professional Tax Act,Labour Welfare Act &Employee Welfare Act

Please tell whether Professional Tax Act,Labour Welfare Act Employee Welfare Act will be applicale on employees working the Hotel operatiing in NOIDA in U.P.
Also whether bonus under the Payment of Bonus Act and gratuity under the Payment of Gratuity Act is appplicable on the employees on the Hotel started operation in March 2009 in Noida in U.P.
