Dear Friends,

I completed my MBA in HR in 2008 and currently hold the position of HR Manager at an MNC. I am interested in pursuing a doctorate in HR from Mumbai University. Could you please provide guidance on the application procedure for this program? Additionally, I would appreciate any suggestions on contemporary topics that could be researched within the field of HR.

Thank you.

Hello Meghna,

I do not know the rules and regulations at Mumbai University. From experience, I can say that it is better to choose a topic that you like and, more importantly, can get access to the data required.
