Sharing PF Form 6A and ESI Form 5 in XLS Format – A Thank You to the CiteHR Community

I have attached PF Form 6A and ESI Form 5 in xls, and the same is completely unavailable on CiteHR. While I have benefited from using many xls on CiteHR, I am returning the gesture.

Thanks for your message. In form 6a, in the column "total," is the total the employer's provident fund or the total provident fund of both employees and the employer? Could you please provide clarification on this?
