Scope of hr in service industry especially in hotel industry?

im also new to Hospitality industries.
i want to know the role & responsible of hr activities in this sector,
what things should know as a hr ,
even i dont have experience in hr,i ll go to attend the interview.
so please help me bcoz you know very well everything.

plz tell how ll prepare the fresher resume also.
