I have subscribed to Human Capital. It is a great informative magazine for HR professionals. The Harvard Business Review is always the best.

Hi,

"Training and management" is also a good one. Otherwise, institute-specific magazines and annual journals are also helpful. For example, Prabandhan in XLRI and JIGYASA in MHROD, Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University. Apart from that, HR India used to come, but I think they have stopped printing.

One major USP of this magazine is that, along with global exposure, it provides a hardcore knowledge of practices followed in the Indian industry, which no other magazines are primarily focusing on.
