Kindly let me know the scenarios where a show cause and a warning letters are to be used.
This will enable me to differentiate between Showcause & Warning letters.

Its really very urgent. I need to give a letter to an employee for being absent from his job without any prior information to their senior resulting in no arrangements for the reliever and giving wrong information about thier presence on site.
Can anyone help me.

As per letters received from ITM and DM BSFC Munger sir, why management didn't take serious action against you?, send an explanation letter for below mentioning points within 24hrs.

1. Why do you submit false attendance to your seniors?
2. Why are you not attending your duties on time?
3. Why should you not report your work to your seniors?
4. Why are you arguing/loose talk with DM BSFC Munger/seniors
