It is reported against you that on 28/03/09 at pm when you came to serve your duty in B shift, the security guard said to you that you are coming late daily, then you got furious and started abusive language to him.(Mention Abusive language), tu mujhe late aane se rokne wale kaun hote ho, tumahara level hi kya hai.).

Security Manager also requested you not to quarrelling and misbehaving with security guard but in spite of this you continuously murmuring and went in office.

The above act, as alleged to have been committed by you, amount to misconduct which, if proved would warrant serious disciplinary action against you.

Accordingly, you are hereby required to show cause within 10 days, days of the receipt hereof as to why you should not be dismissed or otherwise punished.

Should you fail to submit your explanation as required, it will be presumed that you admit the charges and have no explanation to offer and the matter will be disposed of without any further reference to you.

Since the charges leveled against you are of grave and serious nature, you are hereby suspended pending further proceedings and final order in the matter.

The receipt of this letter should be acknowledged.

It's really very urgent. I need to give a letter to an employee for being absent from his job without any prior information to their senior, resulting in no arrangements for the reliever and giving wrong information about their presence on-site. Can anyone help me?
