Struggling to Break into Statutory Compliance? Seeking Firms Open to Freshers for Learning Opportunities

I am working as an HR Executive (Recruitment). I want to shift towards Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC) activities. Can anyone please tell me about the firm or consultant where I can join and learn about the whole Statutory Compliance process? As no company is ready to take a fresher.

You can learn a lot by acquiring knowledge about statutory compliance. Try to work with someone who has excellent knowledge in Statutory Compliance so you can learn more from him/her. You can refer to various books, and most importantly, you can join any consultancy that provides statutory compliance and labor law services to their clients. I think it's a good option where you can learn and earn at the same time, and your experience will also be valuable in the same field.

For proper knowledge about the subject, you can pursue a bachelor's/master's degree in Law or attend any seminars or training related to the same. I hope this information is useful to you, and I wish you the best of luck for your future endeavours in making a career in Statutory Compliance.
