I am an Engineer, and my long-time goal is to become an Industrialist/businessman. For this purpose, I have purchased 2 acres of land in Tirupur (on the main road) at a significant cost. Since I am new to business, I am seeking partners/consultants to proceed further. Can you please suggest ways to achieve success with my goal? (Currently, I am working in Chennai).

Actually, I have invested the money in procuring the land on the main road (NH-47). Hence, I am unable to make further investments at present, but I can lease the land for your requirements. Entrepreneurs may invest on their own, and apart from investment, I can provide all sorts of assistance according to your needs.

Though Tirupur is famous for garment exports, I am interested in manufacturing coolers for automobiles. The reason is that automobile coolers are not available in India, hence there is no competition for that. Furthermore, the investment required for manufacturing automobile coolers is less.
