Merging Of PL,CL And SL

Is merging of PL,SL and CL permissible?

law does not prohibit clubbing of leaves ,it is company who decides these policies.
so decide your self in this regard.

We have done so in our company as well, We have clubbed all PL,SL,CL into EL's though the total no of leaves that an employee can take is less as compared to other companies.Regards.Tandeep
