In my opinion, in coming years , handwriting analysis would be used as a recruitment tool, for assessing candidates personality traits vis a vis required skill sets. Good handwriting ( and correct alphabet formation ) inculcates basic values like honesty , compassion , persistence ,courage , responsibility etc. The handwriting is a very good tool for child development ,and for personal development also.
Please go through the presentation and you would come to know of the various areas where this amazing science can be used for. Please circulate this amongst your friends ,so as to inculcate the importance of the good handwriting amongst everybody ( including children ) as this would enable us in creating a much better society.

You can not judge employee skills based on their handwriting. You must prepare a questionnaire as well as ask then to write on specific topics, giving them different situations/problems and ask how will they handle the situation etc. and etc.

So many HR people are already using " Graphology / handwriting analysis ' as a recruitment tool , as your handwriting ( drawing ) reflects your subconscious mind.

This topic has been discussed many times before here on CiteHR.
Whilst it might be an interesting concept, as far as I am concerned, I would still ONLY hire a person on the basis of clear evidence that they have the skills, experience and knowledge to do the job.
Indulging in pseudo-science is all very well, but it is an added complication, and lends itself to even more discrimination in the workplace, particularly in the hands of untrained people.
Trendy things come and go, but you will find the tried and true methods still work much better.
Why give yourselves more work and grief?
As I have pointed out many times here on CiteHR, recruitment is not rocket science. Set up a proper Recruitment and Selection process and follow it to the letter. You will then get, and retain the right staff for your organisation.
