Still some of the major roles of Business Development Manager for a BPO industry can be listed as below
  • 1. Responsible for Business Development,
    2. Developing "Consultancy" [any other project] Projects with the Market Development Managers
    3. Actively participate in identifying and cultivating new customers and business opportunities etc.
    4. Develop a network of "Consulting" channel Partners / Alliances to help drive the companies Services across different geographical locations.
