Are Ex-Servicemen in Kerala Exempt from Professional Tax? Seeking Clarification and Government Order Details

Hi everybody,

I am new to this forum. This is my first contact with all of you. I am an ESM (Airman) presently employed with SBI.

I would like to get clarification from any of you: Is the Kerala Government offering any exemption from paying Professional Taxes to Ex-Servicemen? If so, what is the Government Order number? I would also like to know if any other state offers this exemption to ESM.
