- Candidate should be MBA-HR from good institute
- 8- 10 years experience in any industry
- Experience with a Healthcare institute/Hospital not mandatory
- Female candidate should apply

- Maintain a Human Resources System that meets information needs of manpower planning, hiring and training
- Identify and initiate organization wide manpower planning exercise to budget and plan hiring strategy every year.
- Ensure maintenance and updation of all employee records pertaining to hiring, promotion, salary increments, trainings undertaken etc.
- Identify various cost and time effective recruitment sources and monitor the recruitment activities to reduce turn around time
- Prepare the MIS report and share with the management.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and activities across departments.
- Liaison with departments to facilitate effective work allocation and productivity enhancement
- Monitor and assist other departments to effectively adhere and achieve HR targets.
- Coordinate the entire performance appraisal exercise including recommendation for promotion, transfer or increment
- Assure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws concerning the human resources administration function
- Manage employee expectations and resolve grievances if any.
- Interact with any employee representative bodies on behalf of the Management
- Act as an ombudsperson in cases related to harassment etc.
- Setup and implement timely and accurate system for salary disbursement
- Monitor entire salary management process
- Fixation of salaries for all new hires
- Regulate and control HR departmental budget
- Plan and adhere to budgets for the HR operations
- Establish processes for performance management systems and compliance plan for each year at various levels
- Plan the annual performance increments and rewards
- Identify and develop training and development programs
- Ensure new employee orientation and training activities for all new hires.
- Upgrade existing employees skill set to meet business needs
- The incumbent in this position shall be required to perform entire gamut of HR activities ranging from policy formulation, implementation, performance management, handling employee grievances to training and development programmes
