Struggling to Withdraw PF After Leaving Job Without Resignation – What Can I Do?

I have worked with the organisation for around one year, and it has been almost two years since I left them. How can I withdraw my PF from them? I did not resign from there, so how is it possible, and what forms do I need to withdraw my PF? They are also not signing any forms.

Hi Baldeep,

For PF withdrawal, you have to fill up the forms 10C & 19 and send them by registered post. This way, you can have proof of the transaction.

Is there any way that I can withdraw PF if they do not sign the forms? Can I have any other way?
