What Is Happening To Cite HR? Will Anyone Look At It?

Why many of us are not able to download files????
Is there anyone from the administration team of the site who will explain this and any tentative time frame this would take to get the issue resolved?
I've been trying downloading something real urgent but it's really irritating to land up at the same place everytime!!!!
Concerned person or team is requested to please settle this at the earliest.
Hope this will be answered in a short while.
(Apologize for posting in the wrong forum but didn't know the right place and also was actually trying to download something from this forum so thought to post it here only)

You are right. Sometimes the files dont get open. Always try to save first and then open. I am sure you will get better result.

I tried this too [downloading first and then opening], but some attachments fail that way too.
Maybe the Admin team should figure out a foolproof way...saves everyone's time & effort.

I sent mail to citehr administrator just today related the same issue and they replied me that I'll get the ans. for this within next 24 hours.Hope u also get the ans. asap.

yes there is some problem , i think site is becoming very heavy, it takes lot of time to do things out here.

Please gys do something ..............
