I am Ravindra and have completed my MBA (HR) from Annamalai University. I wanted to build my career in Human Resource Management. Can anyone please guide me on what additional courses would be useful to pursue to enhance my career?

I have researched some courses in universities like ICFAI, IGNOU, where I found courses that could complement my MBA (HR). They are:

1. Business Communications
2. Operational Management

Could anyone suggest which course would be most suitable to support my MBA (HR) and help me progress towards my career objectives?

After my MBA in HR, I pursued the following studies:
- Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD Delhi
- MSc in Psychology from Madras University

Both courses were completed through distance education. These studies have helped me enhance my knowledge in HR and advance in my career as well.
