Any Courses To Do After Completing MBA (HR)

Hello All,
I am Ravindra and have completed my MBA (HR) from Annamalai University. I wanted to build my career in Human Resource Management. Can any one please guide me what additional courses would be useful to do to build my career.
I have tried searching for some courses in Universities like ICFAI, IGNOU where I could see some courses which will be helpful for my MBA (HR). They are:
1. Business Communications
2. Operational Management
Can any one suggest which is the suitable course to support my MBA(HR) to go ahead with my career objective.

After my MBA HR I took up following studies.
Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD Delhi
MSc Psychology from Madras University.
Both through distant mode of education.
And these studies helping me to enhance my knowledge in HR and advance in my career as well.

I am Nupur Nagesh, I have Completed my MBA from ICFAI,Pune (fulltime) in 2009. Currently I am working with Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd Mumbai as a Senior executive. I want to do some additional cources in HR field.

Dear All,
Please guide me in building my career in research field. I'm interested to build my career in to research.
I had completed my MBA (HR) in 2010 and since then I'm working i.e for last 4 years. Initially I worked as a Verification Specialist, then as a recruiter and currently as an HR Generalist in a manufacturing organization.
Earlier to that I've done my graduation in Science stream i.e B Sc with Maths, Physics and Chemistry.
Now I wanted to grow further in research field. Do suggest me what are the areas in which I should concentrate to get into research.
Also it my qualification is not enough to go into research so what can be the further courses should I possess to get the desired career.
