Let me introduce myself - this is Swagata working as an HR Manager in an IT organization located in Calcutta.

We are getting an assignment for which we have to send employees to Singapore. I am looking for details relating to per diem or salary levels that will be applicable for employees.

We will not have an office in Singapore. The resources will be on deputation to Singapore. Can you please advise on what should be the per diem for two levels:

Level 1: 1-5 years of experience or junior resources

Level 2: 5-9 years or middle-level resources

Level 3: 10+ senior-level resources

It will be a great help if you can provide me with some information.

I would also like to get some idea about per diems in the USA.
