Troubleshooting File Download Issues on CiteHR Forum

Dear All,

I have been facing a problem in opening the attachments posted today. I have been able to click on the attachment, but after that, the file could not be saved or opened. I tried this on two or three systems, but the same result.

Let me know if you too are encountering the same difficulty. Please reply as soon as possible.

I am also facing the same problem. Whenever I click any link to download a file, a new webpage opens but the file does not get downloaded.

Even I am facing the same problem trying to download a file, and it opens a blank window. I wonder why the concerned party is not bothered to take care of the technical problem happening here.

Dear All,

This is the only solution for all those who are facing this kind of problem. Please try to understand exactly what the problem is before getting frustrated. There is nothing rocket science in this. I wonder what the big deal is in downloading the file. Please follow the steps:

Once you click on the file that you are willing to download, please save it on your desktop with the same file name or any other name (if you wish). Then, proceed to download the file. The file will be saved on the desktop. Please open that file to view the contents.

Please let me know if any help is required.

This is the same problem encountered by all of us for the past 2 days. I would kindly request the admin department of the Cite-HR team to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Additionally, I ask you, my friends, to please come up with ideas on how we can resolve this issue, as this is not the first time we are facing it.

Yes! I am also facing the same problem for the past two days. I have also lodged a complaint with the administrator, and the reply was that I will be answered within 24 hours. However, no reply has been received yet.

Yes, I too am facing the same problem. I cannot open any files. I have written to the administrative support of CiteHR, but there has been no reply until now.

Yes, it's the same problem yesterday. Even the browser was not redirecting me to log in to the site. Please help; it's high time. We, final semester students, will especially feel helpless if the problem is not checked. :icon5: HURRY UP, PLEASE. My request is to the controller of this site. HELP... HELP... HELP! :huh::cry:

Yeah, same problem here too. I was trying to open an attachment for two days, but it's not possible. When can this be solved?
