e) Predict future trends of training at that level

To start off, you would need to find an organization that needs assistance in a particular vertical within HR. If you are looking to do a project in Training and Development, look for organizations that have a genuine need for the same.

My experience in an Engineering and Construction major was immensely fulfilling since I got to do live work, and that reflects on your project. Besides that, I think Anupam has given a lot of options in terms of choosing topics.
