Confused About PF Withdrawal? Need Help Choosing Between Form 10-C and Form 19

Dear Sir,

I want to withdraw my PF from the company I had left. Kindly suggest which form I need to fill up—Form 10-C or Form 19.

If you worked there for more than 6 months, then you have to fill up both the forms:

Form 19: To get your PF amount.
Form 10C: To get your pension amount.

If you have worked there for less than 6 months, then you are not eligible to claim your pension amount. So, in this case, you have to fill only Form 19.
