Understanding Salary Breakdown and PF Calculation for Temporary Housekeeping Staff: Need Advice on Wage Increases

Hi! I need an understanding of the salary break up of contractual/temporary staff (Housekeeping). I also need to know if it is correct to calculate PF at 13.5%. Moreover, as the minimum wages have increased, what should be the increase?

Is this a 13.5% employer contribution? If it is, then please adjust it to either 12% or 13.61%.
