With regard to best practices in the BPO sector:
An employee is working during night hours, he is completely away from family and friends, which creates loneliness and a feeling of being detached. You can conduct some fun sessions on Friday evenings that leave them energetic and happy. Once a quarter, you could take them for a JLT (Just Like That) - probably for trekking or lunch together in a 5-star Hotel. This makes them feel that they are having enough time for themselves too. Once a year, you can have Family Day wherein all family members are invited for a program. The employees can take part in competitions and participate in family-involved game activities.
Regarding health:
It's common to lose the appetite for good food after working night shifts. You can make arrangements for the availability of nutritious food in the canteen and avoid junk food because people tend to rely on it. They don't eat anything in the morning and just come and have a burger or a pack of chips to fill their stomach before work. So, make sure nutritious food is available.
Ensure a good work culture is being practiced. Let them be very professional in their approach to BPO. You know very well - we need to be PERFECT to survive in BPO; you can't play around. Gone are those stories where BPO means just fun; it is not so!
I have spoken of things other than what you asked for (like payroll, biometric management), but I feel this must also be taken care of. :)
