There are 2 ways here:

1. You can serve your complete 1-month notice period.
2. You can check if the notice period can be bought, i.e., if your PM agrees to relieve you before 1 month, you can check with HR on the buyout amount that would be deducted from your salary at F&F. You can get it reimbursed once you join another company.

It's always good to have proper relieving from any of the company. If the notice period is not sufficient, they may cut down your full and final settlement. If there is no provision to cut, sometimes you need to pay the one-month salary to get properly relieved. Only then can you get the relieving order and experience certificate, which will be very useful for your future career.

Hence, it's always better to serve the notice period.
