As we all know and have accepted the recession and downturn in the market today, we still have competitions and technologies growing. In this regard, I am trying to seek all your help in understanding different ways of sourcing candidates under US staffing. Apart from dependencies on job portals and consultants, are there any other ways we can explore? Kindly share your experiences and suggestions that can assist me in my new assignment in US staffing.
