Can any one of you please tell me how to get attention from others while taking the training session? Can you suggest to me in what way I can achieve this?

Hi,

First of all, you have to have an attractive dressing sense (decency or formality), smart communication when you are giving any training so that you yourself feel fresh, enthusiastic, and, most importantly, point out the major points. Express or discuss in a very smart way, and your spectators/viewers should not feel bored when they are attending your training. Keep asking questions related to what you have thought. 🙂👍🏼

Hi,
At the beginning of the session, get the expectations of the group from the training program. You also need to align your communication according to that. Create games, debates, and activities relating to the training so that the crowd does not get bored of listening. Of course, as it says, presentation and communication are important.

Hi,

One of the best ways of grabbing the attention of the audience is to begin the session with an inspirational story with a simple message. As a trainer, it's very important to remain enthusiastic and energetic throughout the session. Making the audience participate through some simple and powerful activities will always help. As Mr. Suman rightly pointed out, it's important to get them more engaged. The training methodology should be more informative and interesting.

Apart from the points mentioned above by our friends, keep in mind the following points:

- Introduction should be short. Never begin with a humorous story or apology.
- Start by relating a human-interest story, shocking facts, arousing curiosity, or a striking quotation based on the proceeding session.
- Begin by referring to something that just happened or something that has just been said.
- Allow the participants to talk about themselves and relate to them.
- The session should not be very formal; it should be casual like conversations and interactive.
- Sprinkle your talks with phrases that create mental images, stories, etc.

These are some points that I keep in mind before making any speech right from my school days. I hope it's of some help to you.
