Navigating Overseas Recruitment: Do Placement Consultancies Need a License to Place Candidates Abroad?

This is Jimit from TheIndiaJobs.com. I have a query regarding Overseas Recruitment. Nowadays, I am receiving inquiries for Overseas Recruitment assignments. I want to know whether it is necessary to have an Overseas Recruitment License for a Placement Consultancy or if we can place candidates abroad without any license.

It is mandatory to have a license for overseas recruitments. The only way you can function without the license is to go through the agency which has such a license. Once you get comfortable, you can opt to have a license for your own company.
