Tea Service in office - Ideas for efficiently supplying tea to staff during working hours

Hi,
The best way is to cut costs and be free of all these activities of taking stock of tea, milk etc. by outsourcing the entire activity to a service provider. There are companies like ISS Facility Services that take care of the same.

U no need of commenting over this issue. If u keep quite that's enough, instead of treating this issue a sillything. Management means management. We should manage everything including tea,sweepers,office boys, attenders....

Keep the supplies in a visible area. People tend to hesitate misusing when they know others are watching them. Office /Tea boy idea adds to cost and unless culture is altered, the facility will be still abused.
Vending machine do not provide as good quality generally.

I compliment you in raising such a so called trivial issue. In recession, only those will survive, who takes care of minute details.
People, Please be nice and empathic to others problems. For you it may be trivial, but for the person its important enough to raise the issue here. Please help if you can, else dont be judgemental. The way you find other's judgement funny, others may look at yours the same way! :icon1:

we have a tea machine,and to handle this we also have a office boy.but i want to apply self service for all staff becouse it could be conenient for all staff.i need an kind notice on this,can u help me out.

Installing a vending machine would be the best option.
That will eliminate wastage of ingredients.
The underlying assumptions is that employees drinking 3 cups of tea instead of 2 would not constitute misuse of the "Tea policy"!
