Seeking Affordable HR Software for Small Company: Any Recommendations Within 50,000 to 75,000 INR?

I work for a software company with about 60 employees. We are in need of HR software that can assist us in areas such as recruitment, leave management, timesheets, attendance, and human resource management. Please let me know if there is anything available for purchase in the range of 50,000 to 75,000 INR. We are currently seeking something basic, so I would appreciate any suggestions for products.

I don't think you will be able to get Recruitment, Leave management, Attendance, and Time sheet software for 75K. If some desperate vendors sell you enterprise software at this price, I doubt they can customize it to your requirements or provide good support. You might only get a basic employee information package and a leave management system for 75K. Implementation costs would likely be extra. If possible, try to convince your CEO to allocate Rs. 4 - 5 lakhs for a basic employee information, leave, attendance, and recruitment system.

Definitely, you can create a salary slip with the help of Excel tool. No need for other software, but this is possible if your purpose is not complex and your firm is small.

For complex programs and big firms, you can design an Excel-based program, but you have to use macros or VBA code.
