Creating an HR Manual for India: How Do I Include All the Necessary Laws?

Hello Everyone,

Can anyone help me with an HR Manual? I am working in a US-based company, and we have recently started our operations in India branch. I am supposed to create an HR Manual for the India office in accordance with Indian laws. I have details of laws applicable to Indian industries, such as the Shops and Establishment Act, Payment of Bonus Act, etc. However, I am a bit confused about how to prepare a manual encompassing every law and rule enforced by the Indian Government.
