New to Wage Structuring: How Do I Set Fair DA, HRA, and TA Percentages?

I am new to this site. Presently, I am working with a private firm based in Cochin. Could anyone help me in fixing the wage structure for our employees? Are there any stipulated rules for fixing DA, HRA, TA, etc.? What should be their percentage?

Outsiders cannot judge the salary components of your company and decide what to recommend. You have to first conduct a market survey in your sector and region for salary survey and practices to arrive at some conclusion.
