Is Paternity Leave a Right or Just a Company Policy? Seeking Clarity

I want to know about the "Paternity Leave Policy." In my company, I could not find any provision on Paternity Leave. I want to utilize it if it's available. Can you please let me know if it is a right for employees to have it, or if it just depends on company policies?

There is no law with provisions for paternity leave. So, it is the company's leave policy by which you can avail of this leave. If there is no provision for paternity leave, then you cannot get it, as per the law has no provision.
