thats a good topic to work on since all the three are somehow interconnected. as far as my report is concerned i am sending it to your mail id. i am not sending the whole report since i am not allowed by my faculty to do so, instead i am sending the ppt. which would help you understand the findings of my project. if u find any difficulty let me know, i'd try helping u out.

i know now many comapany are facing problem of Rentention & Wining Loyalty of their employees mainly in IT, ITES, & BPO'S, still suggest me specifically what type of industry should i choose for my project.
