I'm a first-year MBA student and need to conduct research on employee satisfaction levels for a popular pizza chain. We've been advised not to create a questionnaire but to use a 'Standard scale' questionnaire that researchers have tested. We came across one called the Minnesota standard scale and are exploring other popular options we could utilize.
Kindly advise where we can find such a questionnaire.
