Limit Of Convayance Allowance

Hi all,
can anybody give me information about the minimum convayance allowance per month in salary break-up.
Is there any limit?

there is no limit for minimum or maximum but for income tax point of view max 800 per m onth is exempted from income tax.

Do one thing u can give the transport allowance as reimbursement.
Keep the conveyance as 800.

Now the limit of conveyance is increased. Its not INR 800.00, Its INR 1600.00. Please convey this to all & do needful to all.

Conveyance allowance is dependent on company policy. Yes, But its income tax benefit limit 9600/- is increase 19200/-.Means Rs. Rs. 1600/- P.M. Their is no limit if company want to give more then income tax limit.
